The StarTech.com 3m (10ft) LC/UPC to LC/UPC OM4 Multimode Fiber Optic Cable is designed for high-speed, high-density network environments. Featuring laser-optimized multimode fiber (LOMMF) with a 50/125 µm core and cladding diameter, this cable supports data transfer rates up to 100 Gbps, making it suitable for SANs, data servers, and SFP+/QSFP+ connections.

Its LC/UPC connectors with polished ceramic ferrules ensure low insertion loss below 0.3dB, while the cable's OM4 fiber core is immune to electromagnetic interference (EMI). The protective Aramid fiber sheath enhances tensile strength and crush resistance, ensuring durability in demanding setups.

The cable jacket is made from Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) material, which emits minimal smoke and fumes if combusted, improving safety in enclosed spaces. It supports wavelengths of 850 nm and offers modal bandwidth of approximately 2000 MHzkm at 850 nm.

With a bend radius of 1.2 inches (static) and 2.4 inches (dynamic), this cable is flexible enough for complex routing while maintaining signal integrity. It is individually tested for signal quality and meets or exceeds industry standards with attenuation values under 2.3 dB/km.
