The LMP USB Keyboard KB-1243 is an affordable alternative to the Apple Magic Keyboard and can be connected to any Mac with a free USB port.

This robust USB keyboard with a 3-zone layout featuring 110 keys (ISO) and a cover made of anodized aluminum includes a numeric keypad that also contains the "=" key. This allows you to work quickly with numbers and spreadsheets. The keys are laser-engraved, providing a pleasant feel on the fingertips. They have a traditional key travel. Longer work sessions are easy thanks to the high responsiveness and precision.

Thanks to its elegant design, the keyboard seamlessly integrates into any Mac environment.

The two USB 2.0 ports on the side of the keyboard allow convenient operation of low-power USB devices (e.g., USB mouse or USB flash drive).

The LMP USB Keyboard KB-1243 features Mac-specific special characters: adjust screen brightness; play/pause music, rewind and fast forward; mute, volume down and up; eject disc and input control. Alternatively, you can use the programmable function keys F1 to F19 with a simple key combination instead of the special characters.

KB-1243 can be connected to both older and current Macs with a free USB port (from OS X 10.5 to 10.11, macOS 10.12 and higher). It is available in traditional silver/white as well as stylish space gray/black.

Note: The scan codes of special functions (e.g., Show Dashboard on F4) are not freely available to third-party manufacturers. This forces LMP to use these functions with default settings. The default setting for displaying the dashboard is F12. F12, F14, and F15 should not be reprogrammed (in the "Shortcuts" menu).
