SONNET RackMac Studio RACK-STD-2X

The Sonnet RACK-STD-2X RackMac Studio is a 3U rackmount enclosure designed specifically for Apple Mac Studio computers. This compact and rugged steel chassis securely holds one or two Mac Studios, making it ideal for server rooms, production environments, and portable rack setups.

Installation is straightforward with a removable front panel secured by thumbscrews, allowing tool-free access to the computers. The front panel features power switch buttons that control the Mac Studios' rear power switches, along with two USB-A ports to connect peripherals directly to each computer.

Behind covered openings beneath each Mac Studio, there is dedicated space to mount Thunderbolt or USB SSDs (sold separately), which are held securely in place by two included adhesive-backed magnets. The enclosure provides open access to SD card slots and front and back panel ports, enabling easy cable connections and disconnections.

With a 19-inch rack size and 3U height, the RackMac Studio fits standard server racks effortlessly. Its 9.5-inch mounting depth and firm rubber cushions keep the Mac Studios stable during transport, making it suitable for portable rack cases. The design supports front-to-back airflow, ensuring the Mac Studios stay cool even when mounted between other rack components.
