The Mercusys MS108G is an 8-port Gigabit switch designed to provide high-speed network connectivity for home or small office environments. With eight 10/100/1000 Mbps auto-negotiation ports, it delivers up to 2000 Mbps of bandwidth per port in full-duplex mode, ensuring smooth data transfers for bandwidth-intensive tasks like HD video streaming, online gaming, and large file transfers.
This switch features a fanless design that ensures silent operation, making it ideal for noise-sensitive areas. It supports IEEE 802.3x flow control to prevent packet loss and auto MDI/MDIX to automatically detect and correct cable types, eliminating the need for crossover cables. The plug-and-play setup requires no software installation or configuration, allowing for quick deployment.
