The new Elegoo Saturn 4 Mono printer stands out among resin printers by incorporating a 10" 12K monochrome LCD screen, a Fresnel + COB collimation lens, automatic leveling, an intelligent mechanical sensor, all with an easy-to-use structure, an advanced cooling system, and a large print format.

10" Monochrome LCD Screen

The new Elegoo Saturn 4 3D printer features a 10" 12K monochrome LCD screen with an incredible resolution of 11520 x 5120 px and an XY resolution of 19 x 24 μm, allowing models to be displayed with stunning clarity and precision. This LCD screen is equipped with a durable 9H tempered glass scratch protection that guards against scratches and damage.

Fresnel Lens + COB Collimator

The COB light source, emitting light at 405 nm and combined with a Fresnel collimation lens, achieves a very low astigmatism coefficient of just 0.5%, along with 92% field uniformity and precise angular deviation control below 5° on the printing surface, ensuring extremely accurate and consistent results.

Automatic Leveling

Another strength is the intelligent auto-leveling and self-check functions. The former allows, thanks to its mechanical sensor, leveling the build plate with the simple press of a button for more precise results. The one-click self-check function lets you inspect the entire printer before starting to print, ensuring everything works correctly. The sensor detects debris to avoid damaging the LCD screen and alerts when resin runs out or leveling fails.

Design for Excellent Results

The Elegoo Saturn 4 offers a very comfortable printing experience thanks to the benefits of the quick-release build plate design and the dual-spout resin tank design. All this with a drip tray design that prevents resin dripping, a replaceable tank lock, and a hinged cover design for effortless access.

Removable PFA Film and Laser-Etched Build Plate

Additionally, this printer features a PFA release film to facilitate product release. It also includes a laser-etched build plate that helps easily remove prints.
