Smart water leak/flood sensor ZigBee SONOFF SNZB-05P (+battery)
It detects leaks from 0.5 mm of water using elevated probes and a collector cavity, sending instant alerts via Zigbee 3.0 and the eWeLink app. Its CR2477 battery offers up to 5 years of battery life, and the IP67 enclosure of only 48 × 48 × 22 mm withstands temporary immersion and dust.
Dual sensing and extendable cable
Operates horizontally for puddles or vertically for drips and supports the WLDC200 cable (unlimited serial connection) to cover boiler perimeters or false floors.
Extended autonomy and range
The Zigbee 3.0 chip optimises power consumption, provides 130 m radius in open field and keeps the battery active for up to half a lustrum without maintenance.
Reliable connectivity and local scenes
Compatible with NSPanel Pro, iHost, ZB Bridge, SmartThings v3 and Home Assistant. Local scenes activate hub sirens even if Wi-Fi fails, improving emergency response.
Robust protection and compact design
The SNZB-05P operates from -10 °C to 60 °C and 0-100 % RH, weighs 45 g and includes non-slip feet for uneven surfaces.
