The APC SRVRK2 is a 1000VA/700W Smart-UPS line-interactive uninterruptible power supply designed to protect critical equipment such as servers, network switches, and storage devices. It features automatic voltage regulation (AVR) to correct brownouts and overvoltages without using battery power, extending battery life. The unit includes 8 NEMA 5-15R outlets, with 4 providing battery backup and surge protection, and 4 offering surge-only protection.
With a compact 2U rack/tower convertible design, the SRVRK2 fits easily into standard 19-inch racks or can be used as a tower. It offers USB and serial connectivity for monitoring and management via PowerChute software. The UPS also includes a cold-start capability, allowing temporary battery-powered operation even without utility power. Its intelligent battery management optimizes charging for longer battery life.
