Primera Ink Black (53425) Original

Primera LX900e / RX900e Black Ink is a high-density black pigment ink cartridge formulated for Primera LX900e and RX900e label printers, delivering a rich, opaque black that produces ultra-precise text, maximum density barcodes and monochrome graphics with superior contrast in high-volume, continuous production operations. Its composition with nano-refined carbonaceous pigments and advanced chemical stabilisation technology ensures exceptional adhesion to substrates such as industrial vinyl, reinforced polyester or tough synthetic paper, generating thousands of labels with uniform coverage without feathering, build-up or tonal variations during extended runs in industrial environments. This ink optimises the flow for professional speed printers, maintaining absolute consistency in heavy logistics, automated manufacturing and inventory control where reliability in solid black prints is required for critical traceability.

A major strength of this black ink lies in its extreme resistance to intense mechanical abrasion, high ambient humidity, lubricating oils and prolonged exposure to industrial UV light, ideal for labels on shipping containers, cold chain packages or tracking materials that withstand aggressive handling without losing definition or opacity on essential elements such as unique serials or complex DataMatrix matrices. The cartridge incorporates an intelligent monitoring chip that synchronises in real-time with the LX900e and RX900e printers, dynamically calibrating density to preserve sharpness on microscopic text, fine vector lines or solid blocks on rough, curved or vibration-prone surfaces. Its ultra-fast drying formulation eliminates offset risks and speeds production flow, facilitating integration with automated processes such as high-precision die-cutting or protective lamination in mass volumes.

This cartridge boosts operational efficiency in sectors such as international logistics, pharmaceuticals and supply chain management, compatible with ultra-high-speed print modes and special finishes such as industrial perforation or tactile embossing. It maintains perfect uniformity over large black areas and microscopic graphic details during extreme production runs. In essence, it represents the technological edge for professionals who demand uncompromising durability and tonal depth in superior black print performance for LX900e and RX900e printers.
