Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut Carbon thermal pad 38×38×0.2 mm

The Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut is a high-performance carbon thermal pad designed for efficient heat transfer between electronic components and heatsinks. Made from a flexible graphite-based material, it offers excellent thermal conductivity without the need for messy thermal paste. Its 0.2 mm thickness ensures minimal thermal resistance while providing a reliable, reusable solution for CPU, GPU, and other cooling applications.

This pad is electrically conductive, so care must be taken to avoid contact with exposed circuitry. It operates effectively across an extreme temperature range from -250°C to +150°C, making it suitable for both standard and cryogenic applications. The 38 x 38 mm size fits many common processor dies and can be cut to custom shapes if needed.
