The black housing carries an IP42 rating, and the scanner operates on 5 V input with 450 mA power consumption. At 66 mm wide, 107 mm deep, 168 mm high and 156 g, it is compact and light enough for extended handheld use. It works across an operating temperature range of 0–50 °C and a storage range of -40–70 °C, with relative humidity tolerance of 5–95%.
