The 3-section telescopic design with quick-lock system allows for easy length adjustment from 100 to 130 cm, making them versatile for various activities like trekking, trail running, and snowshoeing.

The ergonomic cork grip conforms to your hand over time, reducing fatigue and improving control. Extended foam handles below the grip allow for choked-up positions on steep ascents.
