The Tronsmart Bang 2 evolves into a true 2.1 audio system with 90W RMS power. Its acoustic architecture is based on a central 66W racetrack mid-woofer for mid and bass frequencies, supported by two 12W tweeters dedicated to the high frequencies. On the sides, two passive radiators with RGB lighting mechanically reinforce the bass. The set achieves a Sound Pressure Level (SPL) of 105 dB, managed by the SoundPulse® DSP algorithm to avoid distortion even at maximum volume levels.

Connectivity

In connectivity, it uses Bluetooth 5.3 with support for SBC and AAC codecs, ensuring stability up to 15 metres. In addition to wireless mode, it includes inputs for USB-A, Micro SD cards and 3.5 mm auxiliary connection. Using TuneConn technology, it is possible to synchronise more than 100 compatible units. Important note: True stereo pairing(TWS Mode) only works between two Bang 2 units; there is no stereo backwards compatibility with the original Bang or Bang Max models.

Battery life and charging

Battery life relies on an 18,000 mAh (7.4V) battery that provides up to 26 hours of use (under 50% volume conditions and LED panels off). With RGB lighting active, battery life is reduced to a range of between 7 and 13 hours. The USB-C port supports fast charging: with a 9V/2.22A adapter (not included) the cycle is completed in 4.5 hours. Using standard 5V chargers will double this time. It also integrates Power Bank function to charge external devices.

Design and durability

The body of the speaker is IPX6 certified, ensuring it is resistant to heavy rain and water jets, although it is not submersible. The weight has been contained at 2.63 kg by using neodymium magnets in the drivers, achieving greater magnetic efficiency with less mass.

Control and software

EQ settings and firmware updates are managed directly from the official Tronsmart App, allowing full control of the sound and lighting modes.
