Our expert's opinion

The HX-NO1 balances quality-performance ratio in its segment: it offers AMOLED and a thinner metal body than a DT95 or a KUMI GW20, although its battery lags behind LCD models such as the Amazfit Bip 3. Compared to the HD8C, it gains in thickness and adopts Bluetooth 5.3, but forgoes the rotating bezel. The screen clarity and the inclusion of NFC - unusual in this range - stand out, while the absence of independent GPS and a purely indicative glucose analysis are the main compromises. Overall, it is a solid choice for those who prioritise slim design, superior panel and communication features without making the leap to premium ranges.
