Performance is rated at up to 550 MB/s sequential read and up to 500 MB/s sequential write, with random performance of 133,120 IOPS for 4KB reads and 128,000 IOPS for 4KB writes. TRIM and S.M.A.R.T. support help the drive maintain performance and report its health over time.

With compact dimensions of 100 mm depth, 70 mm width and 7 mm height, the drive fits slim 2.5-inch bays. It is also built to be shock resistant and rated for 1,500 G operating shock, with a mean time between failures of 2,000,000 hours.
