Integrated 8-in-1 hub

In addition to the optical bay, the device offers 1 USB 3.0 port + 3 USB 2.0 ports for peripherals and storage, as well as SD or TF reader (exclusive) and USB-C output, reducing the need for additional adapters on minimalist desktops.

Fast transfer and recording

The USB 3.0 interface is ten times the bandwidth of USB 2.0 (up to 625 MB/s theoretical) and supports speeds of up to 24×/8× on CD/DVD with integrated error correction - enough to back up 4.7 GB in about 8 min.

Runs driverless on Windows 11/10/8/7, macOS 10.6+, Linux and includes dual USB-A/USB-C connector for modern or legacy notebooks. The chipset handles CD±R/RW, DVD±R/RW and DVD-RAM formats, keeping noise below 70 dB continuous read.

The non-slip casing incorporates passive dissipation and rubber feet that minimise vibrations when spinning the drive, while the internal SATA mechanism offers extended life over older slotted solutions.
