The Zebra ZT231 is a rugged industrial label printer that uses thermal transfer technology with 203 x 203 DPI resolution, producing durable and resistant labels ideal for manufacturing, logistics and distribution. Its impressive speed of up to 305 mm/s (12 ips) allows it to process large volumes of labels with accurate barcodes, legible text and detailed graphics, supporting print widths up to 104 mm for continuous or die-cut rolls. Equipped with a highly durable metal printhead and adjustable gap, continuous and black mark sensors, it ensures accurate feeding of media with diameters up to 203 mm, accommodating 300-450 m wax, resin or mixed ribbons for abrasion and chemical resistant printing.

This printer offers full connectivity with Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and USB 2.0/RS232 ports, facilitating wired and wireless integration into enterprise networks for remote printing from tablets, PCs or inventory management systems.
