DC to DC technology

The GDX v2 series features DC to DC technology to offer clean, stable, noise-free power and is manufactured with high-performance capacitors to offer maximum reliability and durability in extremely demanding conditions.

DC to DC (Direct Current/Continuous Current) technology is much more efficient and safer since the voltage is not converted unless it is necessary to do so. A DC/DC conversion is much more efficient than AC/DC, there are fewer losses and less heat is generated.
