FiiO BTR17 Black - Amplifier/DAC with Bluetooth

It integrates a Qualcomm QCC5181 Bluetooth v5.4 receiver with the ability to decode high-resolution codecs. A dual ES9069Q DAC is responsible for reproducing audio at the highest quality and an amplifier, developed by THX, delivers 650mW of output power. In addition, it offers a smooth interface via an IPS colour display.

It is capable of delivering lossless quality sound via LDAC and aptX Adaptive codec, as well as AAC, aptX HD and aptX Lossless with remarkably detailed sound reproduction via Bluetooth v5.4.

Desktop mode

In this mode, connected via USB-C, the device achieves an output power of 650 mW + 650 mW.

XMOS XU316 USB chip

Support for 768kHz/32-bit audio, native DSD512 and full MQA decoding means the chip can handle any audio stream.

Dual ESS9069Q DACs

Inside the FiiO BTR17 are two ESS9069Q DACs based on the fourth-generation 32-bit HyperStream architecture, for high performance with lower power consumption.

This architecture helps reduce digital noise within the DAC, allowing it to achieve a dynamic range of 130dB and a total harmonic distortion of -120dB. The result is a richer, more musical sound against a cleaner background.

Modern, intuitive interface

The amplifier is equipped with a 1.3" IPS display that makes it easy to use by integrating colour codes that intuitively indicate the codec being played, bit rate and other important details. Furthermore, the volume knob features a double-sided 3D engraved design, providing excellent tactile feel and precise control.
