The multifunctional USB-C connector is becoming the standard in high-speed data transmission between devices in IT. In addition to the high transfer rate, it also provides video and audio transmission to the display and power supply to a connected notebook or tablet from compatible signal sources. As such, only one cable is lying on the table and the small, anti-twist plug is connected at lightning speed. All peripheral devices connected to the USB 3.0 hub of the display, such as mouse, keyboard, printer, webcam, USB-stick etc. are immediately available again. By means of the separately available USB-hubs the number of USB-devices can be connected can be extended without any problem.

The video and audio transmission to the display is an extension of the USB-C standard and uses the DisplayPort protocol. For notebooks or PCs that do not support this video transmission, the Terra 2775W PV V3 also has its own DisplayPort and HDMI port. These can alternatively be used for connecting further signal sources in parallel, between which can be switched with a simple key combination on the display.

Suitable smartphones or tablets can be directly connected to the USB-C for spontaneous viewing of images, videos or data.

The third version of the Terra 2775W PV was extended by a DisplayPort output so that in dual-screen operation an additional display (e.g. the Terra LCD/LED 2772W PV) can be supplied with signal (daisy chain). The RJ45 LAN-connection provides a reliable Gigabit-connection to the network. A USB-C cable is also required to connect the device to your notebook or tablet.

The IPS technology of the LCD panel provides high color fidelity, high contrast values and particularly wide viewing angles for the highest level of image quality. A permanently active hardware blue light filter reduces the color spectrum especially in the range of 415 to 455 nanometers and relieves the eye in all applications, without hampering the excellent color display.

The WQHD resolution represents 78 percent more pixels than Full HD and thus offers an excellent picture sharpness and accuracy of detail. The display is thus especially suitable for graphical applications, the CAD/CAM-area as well as for the clear display of extensive information in the business world. Due to the extremely small side edges, the device is also ideal for multi-screen solutions. There is only a small distance between the desktops.

With the overdrive technology and 75 Hz picture repetition rate, videos or games are displayed very smoothly.

The highly efficient display power supply provides a connected notebook or tablet with up to 65 watt power for operation and charging the battery. The actual transmitted performance is permanently negotiated between the devices via "USB Power Delivery". Even when the laptop or tablet is shut down and the display is in standby, the battery continues to charge.

The integrated loudspeakers are controlled digitally via USB-C, HDMI or DisplayPort for optimum audio transmission. The device also has a headphone jack for undisturbed hearing pleasure or for connecting external speakers.

The easy-care, matte black housing as well as the non-reflective display surface offer maximum flexibility during installation and prevents interfering reflections even in unfavorable light conditions.

The multi-functional pedestal with height adjustment and inclination as well as swivel and pivot function permits the fast ergonomic adjustment at every work place. With its VESA mount, the device can also be mounted on various wall, table or ceiling brackets. The display has a holder for mechanical locks for protection against theft (Kensington-lock).
