The TF3215MC-B2 utilizes PCAP touch technology and is integrated into a striking bezel with edge-to-edge glass. The glass covering the display and the robust bezel ensure high durability and scratch resistance, making it ideal for kiosks and high-traffic public applications. Equipped with a foam finish, it supports seamless integration into kiosks and provides an IP65 rating, resulting in dust and water resistance from the front.

Horizontal and vertical orientations ensure flexible mounting options in almost any installation. The TF3215MC-B2 is the ideal solution for kiosk integrators, industrial environments, control rooms, and interactive multimedia.

Characteristics

• Projective capacitive touch technology. This technology uses a grid of fine micro-wire sensors embedded in the glass covering the screen. Touch is detected because the electrical characteristics of the sensor grid change when a human finger is placed onhe glass. Thanks to the glass cover, this technology is very durable, and the touch function is unaffected even if the glass is scratched. It offers perfect image performance and works with human fingers (even with latex gloves) and styluses.
• Foam protection. An 8mm foam surround around the monitor ensures seamless integration and optimal dust protection.
• Ball-drop test proof. The ball-drop test uses a half-kilogram steel ball, which is dropped onto the touchscreen from a height of 1.3 meters. If the touchscreen surface remains unaffected, the monitor passes the ball-drop test for high impact resistance and durability.
• Touch through glass. This touchscreen works through glass and can turn glass surfaces into an interactive touchscreen. Use it in shop windows, real estate agencies, or for point-of-sale systems in stores or restaurants.
• 24/7. The 24/7 displays are designed for continuous operation.
