sE 6160 - Microphone Shotgun

The sE 6160 is a professional shotgun microphone designed for demanding audio capture in film, broadcast, and location recording. Its condenser capsule and supercardioid polar pattern provide excellent off-axis rejection, isolating the desired sound source while minimizing ambient noise. With a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, it captures detailed audio from low rumbles to high frequencies, making it suitable for dialogue, foley, and ambient sound.

Built with a rugged metal housing, the sE 6160 withstands the rigors of field use. It features a switchable 80 Hz high-pass filter to reduce low-frequency rumble and a 3-pin XLR output for balanced connections. The microphone operates on 48V phantom power and delivers a sensitivity of 12 mV/Pa, ensuring clean signal capture even at moderate distances.
