The CS-R8-80H is a multifunctional field instrument that combines an Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) with a comprehensive CCTV tester. Designed for fiber optic network installation and maintenance, it offers precise fault location and characterization for single-mode fibers up to 80km. The OTDR operates at 1310nm and 1550nm wavelengths with a dynamic range of 28/26dB, ensuring accurate detection of events and attenuation. Its compact design integrates a 7-inch LCD touchscreen for easy operation and data analysis.
In addition to OTDR functions, the CS-R8-80H includes a full CCTV tester supporting IP camera testing, PTZ control, and PoE output (48V). It also features a visual fault locator (VFL) with 10mW output for identifying breaks and bends. The device stores up to 1000 test traces and supports multiple data formats for reporting.
