TBMDA2 Modulated Broadband Driver Amplifier The TBMDA2 modulated broadband driver amplifier was developed to provide a cost-effective signal source for immunity testing of electronic assemblies and products. It is designed to be driven by the sweep generator output of spectrum analyzers. With its 1 dB compression point of +27 dBm, it can boost the output power of a sweep generator up to 500 mW. The TBMDA2 is ideal for driving Tekbox near-field probes to locate the sensitive point of an electronic circuit or to generate electric fields of up to 170 V/m when driving the Tekbox TEM Cell TBTC0, 100 V/m when driving the TBTC1, 50 V/m when driving the TBTC2, or 30 V/m when driving the TBTC3.
