Tekbox TBMDA1 / Modulable Broadband Power Amplifier 40 MHz–3 GHz, up to 150 mW

TBMDA1 Modulated Broadband Driver Amplifier The TBMDA1 modulated broadband driver amplifier was developed to provide a cost-effective signal source for immunity testing of electronic assemblies and products. It is designed to be driven by the sweep generator output of spectrum analyzers. With a gain of 22 dB and a 1 dB compression point of +22 dBm, it can boost the output power of a sweep generator up to 150 mW. The TBMDA1 is ideal for driving Tekbox near-field probes to locate the sensitive point of an electronic circuit or to generate electric fields of up to 50 V/m when driving the Tekbox TEM Cell TBTC1, 25 V/m when driving the TBTC2, or 18 V/m when driving the TBTC3. The test signals for immunity testing can be CW, AM, or PM. Therefore, the TBMDA1 offers a built-in modulation function for generating 1 kHz AM or PM signals.
