Lindy HDMI and IR over IP Extender

The HDMI Extender and IR over IP system is designed to transmit high-definition HDMI signals over IP networks, enabling video and control signals to be extended up to 120 meters (394 feet) using standard CAT5e, CAT6, or CAT7 cabling. Utilizing HDbitT technology, the extender supports Full HD 1080p video at 60Hz with a 4:4:4 color format, ensuring crisp and clear image quality for professional and commercial installations.

This solution also integrates IR pass-through, allowing users to control HDMI source devices remotely via infrared signals transmitted over the same network. The system supports multi-casting capabilities, enabling the distribution of one or multiple HDMI sources to multiple displays over an IP network, making it scalable for large deployments in conference rooms, classrooms, retail, and digital signage environments.

The HDMI Extender and IR over IP features robust design with metal housing for durability and heat dissipation. Control and switching can be managed easily through front panel LED buttons, remote control, or video control software. Additional features include RS-232 pass-through for two-way device control, a local HDMI loop-out for monitoring, and plug-and-play compatibility without requiring drivers, ensuring straightforward installation and flexible applications.
