Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet Thermal Pad for RTX 5090 44 x 37 mm

For the specific adaptation of GeForce RTX 5090 graphics cards to a water-cooling solution, we have designed a new size of our KryoSheet. This also makes it suitable as a thermal paste replacement for air-cooled RTX 5090 graphics cards, as the size of the GPU chip can accelerate the pumping effect. Measuring 44 × 37 mm, the KryoSheet completely covers the GB202-300-A1 GPU of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 and extends slightly beyond the edges of the chip. This necessitates electrical isolation of the surrounding electronic components. For this purpose, the new size includes the TG Kapton Insulation Sheet.

Specifically designed for the RTX 5090:
The KryoSheet 44 × 37 mm has been specifically designed to fully cover the GB202-300-A1 GPU of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090, extending slightly beyond its edges. This ensures optimal contact with the chip, whether in liquid cooling or air cooling systems.

Solution to the Pumping Effect:
Thanks to its optimized dimensions, the KryoSheet prevents the acceleration of the pumping effect, a common phenomenon in large GPUs when using conventional thermal paste. This maintains consistent thermal performance even under heavy load.

Superior Thermal Conductivity:
Made from high-quality graphene, the KryoSheet pad offers significantly higher thermal conductivity compared to solutions like Carbonaut. Its adaptable surface conforms perfectly to the irregularities of the chip and heatsink, ensuring efficient and stable heat transfer.

Includes Kapton Insulation Sheet:
To prevent electrical hazards due to conductivity, the package includes the TG Kapton Insulation Sheet, which insulates the electronic components surrounding the GPU, ensuring a reliable and secure installation.
