The GEMBIRD LC-PTU-01/100 is a universal pass-through modular UTP plug 8P8C designed to simplify twisted pair terminations. This innovative RJ45 8P8C connector allows the wires to be inserted through the connector completely and out the front, so you can easily verify the proper wiring order before crimping. Because the wires pass through, you can also tightly pull the connector down over the cable jacket, seating it more tightly in the rear of the connector. This reduces the distance between the wire twists and contacts, improving performance and reducing wasted crimps.
Each plug features gold plated 2-fork internal contacts that are suitable for both solid and stranded LAN cables, and it accepts conductors of max. 24 AWG. The white connector is supplied in a bag of 100 pieces, making it a practical choice for installers and DIY network projects.
