Biamp Evoko Liso is the most innovative room reservation system on the market. The features of the solution, its robustness and elegant design make it suitable for installation in all meeting rooms or spaces that require occupancy management.
In addition, its use is very simple, being the solution of choice for the most demanding users, who require an intuitive system that is easy to use for everyone.
Evoko Liso solves the need to find a free meeting room or manage its occupation in advance.
On the other hand, its touch screen allows on-site booking and visualisation of the occupancy status. If the screen is illuminated in green, it indicates that the room is free and if it is illuminated in red, it indicates that it is occupied.
It will also inform us when the current meeting ends and when the next room occupancy is scheduled.
Evoko Liso allows integration with Microsoft Exchange server,2010/2013/2016, Microsoft 365, Google G Suite, IBM/Lotus Domino 8.5.3 - 9.x. IBM Domino/SmartCloud and Evoko stand-alone. It is also possible to make reservations using RFID/NFC/PIN identification systems, centralised equipment management, incident reporting and statistics on room resources.
