Krups EA 898 GF Hot & Cold

The Krups EA 898 GF Hot & Cold is a fully automatic espresso machine designed for countertop use, finished in black and grey. It grinds coffee beans on demand with an integrated stainless steel grinder offering 5 grind positions, so you can move from a fine espresso to a coarser americano without changing equipment.

With a maximum operating pressure of 15 bar and 1450 W of power, it delivers coffee, espresso, cappuccino, americano and latte preparations. The built-in milk frother uses a milk pipe, and the hot water system extends the range of drinks beyond classic coffee. A 2.5 L water tank and a 250 g bean container keep refills less frequent, while the adjustable coffee spout height accommodates different cup sizes.

Control is handled through an OLED display. Coffee intensity and water quantity are adjustable, and the electronic temperature control offers 3 temperature settings. The machine can prepare two cups at once from its 2 spouts, and it includes 18 programs plus a favourite program for your usual drink. Maintenance is supported by a Calc-clean function, an automatic descaling system, an automatic cleaning function and a milk dispenser cleaning program.
