This STARTECH.COM 3 m CAT6a Ethernet cable is built for 10 Gbps networks. Rated at 500 MHz with low near-end crosstalk (NEXT) and return loss (RL), it is designed to improve signal reliability in 10GBASE-T deployments. It supports Power over Ethernet (PoE++) up to 100 W, making it suitable for connecting PoE devices such as switches and peripherals.

The cable uses 27 AWG stranded copper conductors with aluminium/mylar foil and braided shielding (S/FTP) for protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI). Its Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacket is safe for enclosed spaces, emitting low levels of toxic gases in case of combustion, and its flexible jacket allows routing through tight spaces. Each cable is individually tested to meet ANSI/TIA-568.2-D.

Both ends terminate in male RJ-45 connectors with straight form factor and shielded, 50-micron gold-plated contacts. Snagless connector boots protect the clips during installation, and the cable is plug-and-play ready. It is CE and RoHS compliant.
