Silva Carbon Z running poles. Adjustable size: 100-120 cm.

The Silva Carbon Z running poles are engineered for trail runners who demand lightweight performance and reliability. The carbon fiber shaft provides excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio, reducing fatigue during long ascents. The adjustable length mechanism allows quick adaptation to terrain changes, ensuring optimal power transfer on climbs and descents.

Featuring a comfortable cork grip that wicks moisture and provides a secure hold even in wet conditions, these poles also include a tungsten carbide tip for superior traction on rocky or icy surfaces. At just 49 grams per pole, they are among the lightest adjustable poles on the market, making them ideal for ultra-distance events and fastpacking.
