SJCAM SJ30 Charging Kit - Dual Lens 8K Action Camera with up to 7 hours of battery life

Action camera geared towards extended shooting and variable lighting environments. It combines a dedicated dual-lens system with an external battery grip that significantly extends battery life.

Dual lens system and Starlight performance

The device uses two sensors differentiated according to light conditions:

• Day sensor: 1/2.0" CMOS with f/2.8 aperture and 140° FOV.
• Starlight night sensor: 1/1.8" CMOS with f/1.8 aperture and 135° FOV

This system allows for optimised capture in low-light scenes, reducing digital noise compared to conventional cameras.

8K recording and video modes

The SJ30 Charging Kit achieves a maximum resolution of:

• 8K at 20 fps
• 6K at 30 fps
• 4K at up to 60 fps
• 1080p at 120 fps (slow motion)

Storage is via MicroSD Class 10 / U3 cards up to 256 GB.

Extended battery life with grip

The system integrates an internal 2000 mAh battery (up to 150 minutes in 1080p), complemented by an external 4200 mAh grip.

Together, it provides up to:

• 7 hours of continuous 4K/30 fps recording.

The grip functions as a power bank and physical stand, with no built-in controls.

Charging is via USB-C in approximately 2.5 hours per module.

Stabilisation and tilting screen

Integrates SteadyMotion 2.0 system with 6-axis gyroscope, capable of holding the horizon steady with up to 45° correction.

The rear screen is a 2.51-inch touchscreen with 180° rotation, making it easy to use for vlogging and front-facing recordings.

Connectivity and audio

Dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) is available for fast transfer via the SJCAM X app.

The audio system incorporates dual microphones with detachable windshields, enhancing outdoor capture.

The chassis allows submersion to 5 metres without housing, extendable to 30 metres with additional housing.
