The STARTECH SMDOS2LCLC50M is a 50-meter OS2 single mode fiber optic patch cable terminated with LC to LC connectors. Designed for high-speed data transmission, it supports Ethernet standards from 1G up to 100G, making it suitable for backbone cabling in data centers, telecom rooms, and enterprise networks. The cable features a 9/125µm glass core and cladding, ensuring low signal loss over long distances.
Constructed with a durable PVC jacket, this cable provides reliable performance in indoor environments. It meets or exceeds TIA/EIA and ISO/IEC standards for optical performance. The LC connectors are polished to a UPC finish, delivering low insertion loss (≤0.3dB typical) and high return loss (≥55dB). Each cable is factory terminated and tested to ensure optimal signal integrity.
