The BF2E1 module is a 2-port PRI/ISDN module for beroNet VoIP gateways. Each individual port of the BF2E1 module can be operated separately in NT (Network Termination) or TE (Terminal Equipment) mode. The pinout of the BF2E1 is always pins 1, 2, 4, and 5 in TE mode. For this reason, it may be necessary to use a crossover cable when operating in NT mode. You can find a suitable crossover cable, the BFE1Cross cable, in our accessories section. The 120-ohm terminating resistor can be set via DIP switches on the module.
