The Nilox NXPLCABLELOCK is a cable lock for bicycles and scooters made of stainless steel, designed as a lightweight and easy to handle solution to quickly secure the vehicle in car parks, lampposts or racks. It is primarily intended for medium/low risk environments or as a second anchorage point in combination with a more robust system.

Materials, size and weight

The cable is made of stainless steel with an outer plastic coating, which helps to protect the frame and paintwork of the bike or scooter from scratches. The dimensions are 1.2 cm thick by 130 cm long, which is sufficient to run the cable through the frame and wheel and anchor it to a nearby fixed point. Approximate weight is 270 g, making it easy to carry in a backpack, basket or wrapped around the handlebars.

Locking system and compatibility

Uses a key locking system (2 keys included), which is simple and quick to open/lock without the need to remember combinations. It is suitable for bicycles as well as electric scooters and scooters, fitting well into the Nilox urban mobility accessories segment.
