The Summit Backpack from Helikon-Tex is a light and robust daypack for all occasions. With a pared-down design in favour of light weight with optimum load capacity, the Cordura daypack with 40 liter capacity is a true functionality giant.

Simplified design for optimised weight

The large main compartment of the daypack can be accessed via two openings: The wide roll-top opening makes the contents accessible from the top, while the vertical front zipper gives access from the front and eliminates the need for long searches.

Two elastic mesh pockets on the sides are ideal for a water bottle or quickly tucked gloves. Those who appreciate even more quickly accessible storage space can use the additional elastic Beaver Tail, which closes with click buckles and quickly and easily stows even a sleeping bag, helmet or extra jacket.

The robust Cordura and YKK zips make the Summit Backpack a durable and robust daypack. Whether it is used for hiking or for tactical undercover missions, the 100% nylon is lightweight and thanks to the lack of extra pockets, unnecessary and bulky material has been saved. Those who still don't want to do without their side pockets and accessories can of course use the M.O.L.L.E. Lite system on the sides.

Carrying system with padded straps

No matter how light or heavy the backpack: no compromises can be made when it comes to the carrying system. In the Summit backpack, padded carrying straps, back reinforcements and a hip belt play together. Made of mesh, they combine high wearing comfort and good moisture management. The wide hip belt can also be individually adjusted while wearing. Two zipped pockets on the sides of the hip belt are practical for quickly accessible small items. The thin chest strap can be closed to further stabilise the backpack.
