This model allows you to know your health status thanks to its temperature control and heart rate monitor. It is available in various sizes, this model being available in size 10 and in gold colour.

Advanced health monitoring

This Colmi ring will collect different data of your health status, such as the steps you have taken during the day, the time you have spent doing sport and the calories burned. And because it has a heart rate sensor, it also lets you know the state of your heart, whether it's beating normally or if there are any alarms.

Sleep monitor

This ring is equipped with a new temperature sensor that allows you to monitor your body temperature and will send temperature data whether you are awake or asleep. Using this and the heart rate monitor, the Colmi R09 allows you to know how well you are resting both how long you have spent asleep and how long you have spent in each of the sleep phases.

Bluetooth v5.2 and water resistance

In order to send the collected data to your smartphone, the Colmi R09 has a Bluetooth v5.2 connection and is compatible with the QRing APP. You can also enjoy water sports, as it is IP68 and 5 ATM water resistant, so you can even dive with it on.

Up to 39 days of use
