The Axagon ADSA-FP2A is a compact adapter that lets you connect a SATA hard drive or SSD to a device with a USB-A port. With a male USB Type-A host interface and a SATA output interface using USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1), it delivers data transfer rates of up to 5 Gbit/s, making it a practical tool for accessing, transferring or backing up data from 2.5" or other SATA drives.
Designed for use with PC, notebook and tablet, the adapter is bus-powered over USB, so no separate power supply is required. It supports Hot-Plug, Plug and Play and simplified installation, and includes LED indicators to show activity.
