Ottocast Play2Video Ultra - Wireless Apple Carplay, Android Auto Adapter

Play2Video Ultra brings together wireless CarPlay, wireless Android Auto and a closed Android 12 system with streaming apps in a single wireless CarPlay adapter. Its upgraded hardware - 4GB RAM, 32 GB ROM, dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 -speeds up reconnection (≈ 6 s) and maintains stability even on bumpy roads. In addition, the compact form factor (79 × 39 × 15 mm) and carbon fibre finish facilitate discreet installation.

Enhanced wireless connectivity

Turn any unit with CarPlay or wired Android Auto (2016+ models) into a completely wireless experience. The dual Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth 5.4 link reduces latency and resumes the session upon vehicle start-up with no intermediate steps.

Built-in entertainment

Arrives ready to use with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Video, Spotify and IPTV. The App Hub allows up to five additional apps to be added - for example, TikTok or DAZN - keeping the ecosystem closed for safety and fluidity.

Hardware optimised for fluidity

The 4GB of memory doubles the capacity of the previous generation, while the 32GB internal storage supports temporary downloads and FOTA updates without relying on the phone. The system handles Full HD video and plays local content from USB.

Installation and compatibility

Plug & Play: simply connect the built-in USB-C cable (USB-A adapter included) and follow the initial wizard. Compatible with iOS 10+ and Android 11+. Not suitable for BMW with proprietary system or Sony units; it is advisable to indicate "Mitsubishi" when purchasing to receive specific wiring.
