Axon-Multinet-24 Ethernet Rack Surge Protective Device

The AXON-POE-MULTINET-12 surge protector by HSK ACAR is designed to safeguard signal and power lines in network environments. Featuring 12 channels, it protects signal pairs 1-2 and 3-6 as well as power lines 4, 5, 7, and 8. The device uses shielded RJ45 (8P8C) connectors and is housed in a durable metal casing suitable for installation in a 19-inch rack (1U height).

This symmetrical device allows flexible connection of protected receivers and signal lines without affecting performance. It supports a maximum supply voltage of 56 V and nominal voltages of 5 V for signal lines and 50 V for power lines. The nominal discharge current is 20 A for line-to-line and line-to-ground, with 2 kA for power line-to-ground protection.

Compliant with PN-EN 61643-21 standards, the AXON-POE-MULTINET-12 ensures reliable surge protection with protection levels up to 40 V for signal lines and up to 1000 V for power lines. Its metal, painted enclosure provides robustness and is designed for easy integration into professional network racks.
