The Digitus DN-91524U-1 is a 24-port 1U patch panel designed for installation in 19" (483 mm) rack cabinets. It provides a structured cabling solution for CAT 5e unshielded networks, with RJ-45 sockets and universal Krone LSA+ / 110 IDC terminals that are color-coded according to EIA/TIA 568 A & B wiring schemes.
Built with a cold-rolled steel (SECC) housing of 1.5 mm thickness and finished in RAL 9005, this patch panel offers durability and a professional look. The contact material is phosphor with nickel and gold plating (0.3 µm gold on the shell connectors), ensuring reliable signal transmission. The PCB is made of FR4 material with UL 94V-0 rating and a coating thickness of 1.45 mm.
For easy port identification, the panel includes a label with plastic handles mounted on the front. The IDC terminals are rated for more than 250 connection cycles, while the RJ-45 sockets support more than 750 mating cycles, both in accordance with ISO/IEC 11801 and IEC 60603-7-5 standards. The panel operates reliably in temperatures from -20 °C to +70 °C and has an insulation resistance greater than 500 MOhm.
