The Aten CL3108NX-ATA-EG is a 1U rack-mount LCD KVM console that integrates a keyboard, an 18.5" widescreen LCD monitor with LED backlight and a touchpad into a single slide-out housing. Its short-depth design helps maximise rack space in confined installations, and the exclusive LED illumination light improves visibility when working in low-light conditions.

The built-in KVM switch lets you control up to 8 computers directly, and by cascading up to 2 levels with additional KVM switches a single CL3108 console can manage up to 128 computers. Keyboard and mouse emulation (PS/2 and USB) keeps switching smooth and allows simultaneous boot-up of multiple computers even when console focus is elsewhere. A broadcast mode sends commands to all connected computers at once, and an auto-scan mode supports continuous monitoring of a group of machines.

Information security is handled through two-level password protection that prevents unauthorised users from viewing or controlling the connected computers. For convenience, a hot-pluggable additional USB mouse port is included (HID keyboard/mouse device only). The console is built in metal and plastic, finished in black, and complies with RoHS.
