XSPC PETG Easy Cut - Tool Kit

The PETG Easy Cut / Easy Bend Toolkit takes the hard work out of using rigid PETG tubing. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Insert the Rubber Bend into the PETG tube.
2. Heat the tube at the point of the bend, with a heat gun or hair dryer (not supplied)
3. Insert the heated tube into the PETG Tool Easy Bend
4. Bend the tube to the required radius and allow to cool.
5. Remove the Rubber Bender from the tubing
6. Use the heavy duty hose cutter to cut the tubing to the required length
7. Insert each end of the trimmed tube to the PETG Chamfer tool and turn counter-clockwise
8. Use the Sandpaper to clean up the chamfered edges

9. Kit includes:

   • Heavy Duty Hose Cutter - The heavy duty cutter can cut through PETG pipe as easily as it would cut flexible PVC pipe. Easily cut rigid PETG pipe without the need for a saw.
   • PETG Easy to bend - This tool allows you to easily bend PETG tubing at an angle between 0 and 180 degrees. Just heat the tube with the bending rubber inserted, insert the tube into the tool and bend it to the required radius. This simple tool takes the guesswork and difficulty out of rigid tube bending.
   • Rubber bending - solid rubber extrusion for bending PETG tubing. Insert into the tube before bending, to stop PETG tube cocking, or deformation.
   • PETG Chamfer Tool - quickly chamfer the edges of PETG tubing with this handy tool. Simply insert the tube and turn counterclockwise.
   • PETG edging Sandpaper - Ideal for sanding the edges of PETG tubing, after using a chamfer tool.
